I put the stroller in my car in two piece and when I pushed back the stroller I pushed it to the back of my suv , the tray of the stroller made a click sound and the stroller went flat where tge seat is .when I tool the stroller out to put my granddaughter in it, the stroller locked into a laying down position and I can't unlock it

I reached out to Graco like this is a safety issue I paid $200 for this car seat and they are saying that it is the child's fault and a habit they have formed which I obviously disagree as a safety device should not harm your child

I have a glider and it only rocks with nothing in it. As soon as i out my 10 lbs daughter in it it stops swinging and the numbers light up.

1-year-old baby swing pad got a stain that we could not get out. Contacted customer service about buying a replacement, and their reply was that they did not make the seat pad anymore and there was nothing they could do to help.

I will never buy a graco paint spayer again. You can't even return it to store and graco will do nothing with out recipt. No help from corporate office they told me the same thing that menards said.

I have recently purchased a Graco Modes Element DLX Travel system and I have faced below issues:

1. I faced issues with the delivery: Store mentioned that I would get the product within 5 working days but I received the product in 11 days.

I understand that during pandemic almost every service is working under normal capacity so I never complained about it.

2. After assembling the stroller I noticed that 'safety pins/ cotter pins' which are meant to be installed at the rear ends of the axle which connects both wheels are missing. I am new to this country and don't have a car at the moment. I also don't have much idea from where I can get this part.

I tried ordering it online but it was out of stock I am not even sure about the exact size and type which would fit to this stroller.

It will take you ages to connect with someone over call in customer support: I tried almost every day to speak with someone but no luck. You will just stay on call in hope to get connected for infinity :/

The part I am missing is a very small part but it is the most critical part of whole system because I cannot move the stroller without it and now it is of no use to me..
