I had placed an order for Graco Nest Travel System on 5th April - 3 weeks ahead of my due date. The order is stuck in Arizona from 11th April and today is 21st April.
I can't wait any longer. Because it's mandatory to buy the infant car seat else the hospital won't discharge your new born. I can deliver any time and had to travel 2.5 hours to the Target store where it's available for immediate purchase. I called Fedex for an update and refund.
They said, it's Gracos responsibility and the shipment has been lost. When I called Graco customer support, they said the Fedex has lost the shipment, it's Fedex responsibility to refund. We are not getting refund from anywhere.
DONT MAKE A PURCHASE FROM GRACO's ONLINE WEBSITE. THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE SELLER.

The pressure is low, and it keeps tripping the outlet breaker. Once, it started priming while spraying (the switch didn't move to prime).
Bubbles are coming up from the piston, and the piston is pulling paint.
It has been repacked, and the piston has been replaced. However, the issues have not been resolved.

I need help with my snap and go stroller
I put the stroller in my car in two piece and when I pushed back the stroller I pushed it to the back of my suv , the tray of the stroller made a click sound and the stroller went flat where tge seat is .when I tool the stroller out to put my granddaughter in it, the stroller locked into a laying down position and I can't unlock it
The company has absolutely nothing to offer customers who have a big toddler who should fit in his car seat but the straps simply aren’t sufficient for a chunky toddler.
The individual with whom I chatted did her best to help but clearly the company has no interest in accommodating a chunky child

I reached out to Graco like this is a safety issue I paid $200 for this car seat and they are saying that it is the child's fault and a habit they have formed which I obviously disagree as a safety device should not harm your child

I keep trying to call and every time I call at the wrong business hours. I am specific standard time so apparently I need to call in the morning my time.
I wish I could just go on your site and order a replacement parts there but apparently my serial numbers are too old. I got my swing sway machine.

Resolved: Need rear wheel assembly for model number 2610 stroller
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.
I spoke to Theo Roosevelt. He was totally awesome and rockef my experience.
I certainly wish more customer service personnel was as nice and helpful to their customers as Theo was to me very polite got my information in a timely fashion and gave me wonderful news as the company will send my parts for no charge. Thank you so much for CO.

I have a glider and it only rocks with nothing in it. As soon as i out my 10 lbs daughter in it it stops swinging and the numbers light up.
Its real frustrating and i cant get a call back.
PLEASE call me 330420****. I also have the swing and it works great but for 159$ for this glider not to work is not ideal.
